Nothing upfront. We're not tied to any single Developer or stock list, and we never push a property because it suits us — only because it suits you. Our commercial model is fully disclosed to you in writing during your first conversation.
We're Buyer-side Investor Advocates with a Real Estate licence, but we specialise in residential investment property — not your owner-occupier dream home (that's our Home Buyers Range, separately). We bring deep market research, Builder due diligence and tax-aware structuring most generalist Buyer's Agents don't.
Nope. We've talked more clients out of buying this year than into buying — usually because the maths don't work yet, or the suburb isn't right for them. We'd rather miss a sale than make a wrong one. You stay in the driver's seat.
All of Australia. Our stocklists cover NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT, WA, SA, Tasmania and the Northern Territory — every state and territory, with suppliers in each. We've travelled every project we present — none of this is from a brochure.
From first call to signed contract typically takes two to six weeks, depending on finance readiness and how many properties you'd like to consider. Settlement timelines depend on the property — Brand New Developments take six to fourteen months, established stock settles in six to eight weeks.
We are. No Developer pays us to push their stock, no single Builder has a say in our shortlist, and absolutely nobody gets to vote on whether we tell you a property is wrong for you. We work for you, end of story.
Yes. National Property Investors holds a Real Estate Agent's Licence and operates across Australia under the relevant state frameworks. Full compliance documentation provided to your finance team on request.
